Skilled Labourers Needed!

43 new students begin their training at the Preachers' School in Mongolia
While it is encouraging that most churches in Mongolia are missional, there is a concerning lack of skilled preachers.

Personal study material and various training programmes are available within the country, but many Gospel workers lack training in the areas of theology and instruction in how to handle the Word of God faithfully and correctly, and in imparting sound doctrine to their congregations.

SGA, along with our partners, is helping to fund a Preachers’ School in Mongolia with the goal of addressing this pressing need. Twenty-three students graduated from the school in 2024 and 2025, while this year, 43 new students have started their training. These men are, or will become, pastors, church planters, missionaries and ministry leaders, and will aid the Church in Mongolia in becoming grounded in sound doctrine.

Currently Mongolia is experiencing an influx of cults and false teachings. The issue of strengthening believers in sound doctrine has therefore become especially urgent.

Over the next few years the Preachers’ School hopes to publish several books on preaching that will complement their training programme. They also have a long-term vision of seeing a full-time training centre opened, whereby even more leaders can be equipped to become skilled labourers in Gospel ministry, handling the Word of Truth correctly.

Please remember this necessary ministry in prayer, asking God to equip each student with the ability to faithfully study, teach and preach the Scriptures for the building up of His people.
