The repercussions of Covid-19, the war in Ukraine, the rising cost of living, and at times cold indifference among believers, is now the reality for many countries and churches around the world.
For Delcho and Nina, serving in Bulgaria, that reality was compounded last year by a ravaging fire in their home. Delcho reports:
‘In less than an hour we had lost so much, lost things that three generations had gathered with much toil.’ Yet in the same sentence he goes on to say: ‘I soon realized that what we gained outweighed our losses many times over.’

Delcho and Nina testify with deep gratitude to the love and prayers of God’s people, just when they needed it most.
Married now for over 40 years, their love for God and His people in the growing churches of Parvomay and Trakia is exemplary.
They invest tirelessly in the lives of others, not just in sharing the message of the Gospel but also in preparing believers for ministry.
2 Corinthians 4:1
Therefore, having this ministry by
the mercy of God, we do not lose heart.
Their passion to break down cultural barriers, demonstrate the love of God, and teach the Word of God is motivating the church to be what God wants it to be, namely light and hope for those living in spiritual darkness.
New Training camps, holiday Bible schools and other special events in the Roma communities they serve, result in even more people reached and Gospel witness established in new areas.
With the constant ongoing challenges, both personally and in ministry, Delcho and Nina value the vital prayerful and financial support they receive, enabling them to persevere in ministry.
