Ukraine:
Hope beyond the headlines
UKRAINE
The war in Ukraine has brought immense suffering to ordinary people. Yet, in the midst of this devastation, God’s people have selflessly served—meeting urgent needs and sharing the hope of the Gospel, often at great personal risk. SGA(UK), alongside churches and believers across the British Isles, has faithfully partnered in this mission, witnessing lives transformed and the Gospel advance in these difficult days.

FULFILLING OUR MISSION AMIDST WAR
By Igor Bandura
Widows and Orphans
Since the war began, widows and orphans have multiplied across Ukraine. Local churches are caring for them, and your donations are blessing families who have taken children in.
Children’s Camps
Christian camps offer comfort and renewal to children in crisis. With
3 million displaced and over 1.5 million facing mental health struggles, these camps are a lifeline—and the need keeps growing.
CHURCH PLANTING
Missionaries are planting churches near the frontlines, facing danger, exhaustion, and limited support. To keep this work going, they need training, funding, and encouragement.
Humanitarian Aid
Through partnerships, Ukrainian churches have evacuated, fed, and cared for millions of needy people.
PARTNERING TO PLANT
Mychaylo Tsetsorka
Mykola Korolkov
Yuri Leshchenko
Mykola Syrovatko
Formerly in the army, Mykola was discharged by a colonel who told him he was now free to serve his ‘King’. He is currently working to plant a church in the village of Kurylivka, an area where there are no other evangelical churches.
