Gulnora’s husband, who was a pastor, died and later she suffered a serious heart attack. She was in a coma, in intensive care for 2 days, and developed Covid-19 while she was in hospital.
Now she can’t walk very far before she loses vision and pressure builds up in her head. After an episode like this she needs to lie down and rest.
Unfortunately, the doctors have forbidden her to work. She was desperately wondering how she could provide for herself and her children, when she specifically heard the voice of God speaking to her heart, “My crows will feed you, just like they once took care of Elijah. I won’t leave you!” She replied, “My strength is in the Lord! He’s my shield!”
When the brothers and sisters from the church visited Gulnora and brought some help, she began to cry and said, “Thank you, Lord, that You are faithful in fulfilling Your promises!”
Evdochia is 50-year-old widow who has 3 children. Her youngest is a 10-year-old boy who has learning, speaking and walking difficulties.
She makes the effort every week to take him into the city for physiotherapy and speech therapy. She must cover the transportation and the doctor’s fee, as only part of the consultation is free for the young boy.
