Prayer

SGA sponsored missionary Danko Milosevic is serving the Lord at the “New Beginning” drug rehabilitation centre in BOSNIA. Recently the work has developed with provision of a public kitchen, and also assistance with children’s education among poor families. Danko writes: ‘All this drives us to try to be God’s outstretched hand to as many people in need around us as possible’. Pray that as Danko strives to bring the truth of the Gospel to the people among whom he lives by both word and deed, many will be saved.

Project70 missionary pastor, Richard Nagpal, SLOVAKIA, has had some recent disappointments. A building which he had hoped to purchase for a church facility was sold to a businessman. He asks us to pray for a suitable church building as they currently have no place to meet.

We are thankful for the commitment of SGA Voluntary Representatives and prayer group attendees around the UK and Ireland. Pray that others will be encouraged to join this important ministry.

Pray for staff member, Clive Langston, his wife Margaret and family in the S.E. of England. Clive undertakes deputation ministry, teaches in mission schools, and is responsible for the SGA website and other aspects of social media.

Yuri Tanin is serving at the Ark Church, Balti, MOLDOVA, particularly among Ukrainian refugees. He writes: ‘These are people from my nation who need Jesus Christ much more than material help’. Over 250 new people have started to come to church events which is a huge challenge for the team. Pray for Yuri’s ministry.

Rajko Terzic [Serbia] works among young people in sports ministry. Recently two young people were converted and baptized. They are planning to create a new football field for 2024 in Parta which will to be used for this ministry. Pray that this ministry will be for the Lord’s glory.

Avel Dorohov is ministering in the Khabarovsk region of FE RUSSIA. Over 70 people came to the summer camps. Avel writes: ‘We are grateful to you for your prayers for the group in Mukhen, and ask you to please keep on praying that God would work in the hearts of unbelievers’. Pray too for Artem Zemlyanov, Blagoveshchensk, as he commences a new venture with a teens club.
