Yulia Vishtachenko knows that becoming a Christian doesn’t guarantee that all will go well for you. Two years ago, not long after she came to faith in Christ, her soldier husband went missing. Since then, she has heard no further news of him.
Even so, believing him to be a prisoner of war, she continues to look forward to the day when perhaps he’ll return home.
As she does so, she single-handedly cares for her two children, supports the wives of other Ukrainian soldiers and, believing that nothing is impossible for God, hopes that the letter she has written to her husband will somehow find its way into his hands. Yulia is grateful for SGA’s support and asks for our continued prayers.
