Our partner, Slavik Tovsteniuk, who directs the Christian print factory in west Ukraine, reports that while boxes of food are not as urgently required as during the early months of the war, copies of God’s Word are in great demand. Those who travel to the frontline in the east want to leave the message of Salvation with people.
Slavik explained that his storage of adult New Testaments is running low, leaving a need for printing both A5 and A4 sized copies in large print, as there are older people in the villages who have poor vision but do not have glasses. He summed up the provision of God’s Word as, ‘a direct investment in spreading the Kingdom of God!’
In response to this urgent need, SGA continues to fund the printing of Bibles costing £1.50 for A5 and £3.00 for A6 size. We are grateful to those missionaries who visit people who live on the front-line zone with God’s Word.
Pray that His Word will bring light and hope to many in darkness and hopelessness. Â
