The dawning of a new year can bring with it many different experiences, some longed for and eagerly awaited, others that may cause apprehension and even dread.

Due to Covid-19, uncertainty has been the universal experience in our world in 2020. With the pandemic came fear, apprehension, anxiety, and change.

How wonderful that above all these there is the believer’s assurance.

David’s prayer for guidance and deliverance in Psalm 143 holds on to this indelible truth - the daily love of God is unfailing.

With this trust in his God he can pray with confidence:

'In You I take shelter. Teach me to do Your will for You are my God'.

(vs.9-10)

Surely this is our assurance too! As we view the past year with all its challenges and uncertainties, we know that He comes to us His children afresh each day with His unfailing love which strengthens us for our ‘tomorrows’.

Where do we go from here?

In the middle of all the change and uncertainty, our great privilege and challenge is knowing that we have been called to work with what is changeless and certain– the Word of God and the souls of men and women.

We are convinced that it is vitally important to spread the knowledge of God and His Son through the teaching and preaching of His Word.

This is precisely the objective of our 70th anniversary year - to raise support for 70 missionary pastors.

You are making this happen!

How grateful we are to our many faithful partners who have stood by us during another year. The pandemic has certainly brought the Mission operational challenges, limited our involvement on the field, and curtailed our deputation ministry, but God has provided and sustained through your partnership.
