Alan Clark

Jean and I have been married since December 1978. We have three grown up children and a growing number of grandchildren. I taught Mathematics at a Glasgow school for nearly 40 years before retiring in December 2016. I am currently studying two days a week at Cornhill Scotland, with the aim to teach God’s word more faithfully in small groups in our Church. We are members of The Tron Church in Glasgow.

Peter Barrie

I worked as SGA South East Representative from 1989 to 2001. My work took me across Europe, meeting with Christian Leaders and others in need. Since then, I have deputised as a Voluntary Associate based in Hailsham, East Sussex.

Andrew Care

Andrew is involved with preaching and Church administration. Susan has worked with young people and with a singing group. They are both members of Good News for Everyone (formerly Gideons UK). Andrew has travelled to Eastern Europe on several occasions with SGA. They cover the area of Cornwall.

I am married to Lorna and we worship at New Life Church, Guernsey. It was over 30 years ago that I became interested in the work of SGA, all of that time being involved in the prayer group. Nigel Bell

I was born and brought up near Wrexham in North Wales. I was converted at the age of sixteen, and have worked in engineering for 34 years. I am married to Mary and we have a grown up son David. Mary and I are members at Borras Park Evangelical Church Wrexham, where I serve as an Elder and Missionary Secretary. I became a Voluntary Representative for SGA in 2011. We have a prayer group that meets in the Wrexham area on a quarterly basis.

Robert France

I have been married to Murdina for the past 45 years and we have three grown up children and four grandchildren. I retired in 2017 from my employment with NHS Western Isles after 27 years. Having been a member of the local SGA prayer group since the late eighties I count it a privilege to have served as Voluntary Representative here in the Isle of Lewis since 2012.

Derek Slark

Liz and I have been married since July 1970. We have two grown up children, Matthew and Laura, together with four grandchildren. I previously worked as Office Manager for Slavic Gospel Association based in Eastbourne between January 2002 and March 2013, when I retired. We returned to Bridgend in November 2017 and are members of Grace Church in Bridgend. I now have the privilege of being a Voluntary Representative covering the South Wales area.

Raymond Arnold

After serving the Lord as SGA’s Scottish Regional Representative for a number of years, Raymond retired in 2005. Later he took on the role of Voluntary Representative in Scotland, helping to plan itineraries etc. He lives in Murthly, Perthshire.

John Little

Tracy and I have been married since October 1981. We attend Reeth Evangelical Congregational Church in the Yorkshire Dales, where I am a deacon. I have been a UCCF staff-worker, an RE teacher and a prison chaplain and now work part-time as a Free Church Prison Chaplain and a Prison Ministry Associate with Daylight Christian Prison Trust. It is a privilege to serve SGA as a voluntary representative in North Yorks and the north-east.
